As a naturopathic physician, I specialize in helping people reverse their chronic conditions through a holistic approach. The approach focuses on building the vital force through diet and yogic practices that will be customised for each individual according to their needs.
Online Consultation
All of my counseling both for lifestyle disorders and pregnancy coaching are available online. I also teach regular batches of Yoga online that anyone can wish to join. Yoga classes specific to one’s condition can be scheduled based on desired timings.
Birth counselor
I am also a certified birth counsellor. I specialise in making every woman’s journey of pregnancy an enjoyable experience by educating them about the intricacies of their bodies and their unique experiences. By Pre natal and post natal yoga and dietary counselling, I will make sure that both the mother and the baby are well cared for in their journey together
